[SOLVED] Sharing files and conneccting to usb camera on Virtualbox

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'm using Fedora 17, 32 bit and have Virtualbox installed. I just updated, so I have a new kernel and the newest Virtualbox, as both were updated today. I installed the new guest additions that showed up when I opened Virtualbox, too. I'm doing all of this because I'm trying to do something on Ebay, and Ebay doesn't work with Linux. Ebay's photo uploader only works with Windows, as far as I've found, so I'm stuck having to go through Virtualbox, and have installed Windows 7 on VB. I can't figure out how to either share files, so I can share photos that Fedora grabs with no problems from (HowTos)

Is anyone having trouble installing Guest Additions on VirtualBox 4.2.10? I want to install Fedora 18 (64bit) Guest on an Ubuntu Host and so far so good, except for the Guest Additions. Here is feedback from Fedora OS:

So I installed VirtualBox 4.1.10 on Windows 7 64bit and Ubuntu 11.10 (64bit) a few days ago. I enabled 3D support in VirtualBox and installed guest additions in ubuntu. It was great, super smooth. Window manager was snappy and I could move windows around no problem. CPU usage goes up a bit but it was very responsive.

I installed in my Slackware 13.1 with generic kernel 2.6.33.4-smp VirtualBox packages taken from SlackBuilds.org (acpica, virtualbox-ose and virtualbox-kernel). Then for testing purposes I installed in VirtualBox Windows XP using CD-ROM drive connected to USB port. It’s a lot of fun to see Windows as an application in Linux!
