[SOLVED] Kernel Panic while booting 12.04 64-bit Live CD

http://ubuntuforums.org – EDIT: Nevermind, I've found the problem. I booted into the memory tester app on the Live CD and discovered that the RAM is faulty. Mystery solved for now. Please ignore this post. I have an Asus X54C laptop a client has given to me to try and fix a grub related issue, which I posted about in this thread yesterday. They suggested I boot from a Live CD and try to do some stuff detailed in that thread. Unfortunately I get a kernel panic screen when I tried to boot from a freshly burnt live CD. This is what the output on the screen says when it happens: I have no idea what it means or w (Hardware)
