And kernel.sysrq = 1 was not in the default sysctl.conf anyway.The change is quite simply really, systemd 207 will just stop reading /etc/sysctl.conf, but of course it will still read /etc/sysctl.d/* . If you had a customized /etc/sysctl.conf you have to move those changes to /etc/sysctl.d.
