Ok I'm just curious to how many people have bricked their evo v.
I didn't brick mine I'm just curious. ;) I think if you pulled the battery from the phone while it was updating the radios (in the bootloader) it would get bricked. Other than that this phone doesn't have a high chance of getting bricked :D. So.. anyone bricked it ? Hard brick? Soft brick? :)
First off thanks for looking & any help is appreciated. Second I searched & got some results.
Nothing was quite what I have going on. Mea culpa this was all my fault. I read read read & couldn't sort it out &
I went ahead anyways. Now things are starting to make sense to me. But I bricked it already.
I just started this thread for anyone that has bricked one of these things, whether it was a soft brick or a hard brick. I went bought another phone minutes after I bricked this one, but I/m still determined to fix this one. I have no recovery, No ftm, No OS, PC doesn't recognize it "unknown decice" , SDK has nothing.
Hey everyone, I hope I'm not in the wrong section, I've got a soft bricked LG Optimus V and I'm looking to sell it. My offer is $30 + shipping obo. If someone is interested I can take photos. The phone would come with an Invisibleshield on it, an otterbox case, and the original charger. I bricked it trying to switch recoveries and somehow formatted the recovery partition I think.
So I want to start off saying my device is not bricked. Just have have a question about knowing If a phone is bricked or if a hardware issue. I know the difference between a soft brick and hard brick but can a hard brick only happen after flashing some zip.
I have massive battery issues, and i need urgent help please
here are the problems;
Charges VERY slowly (8 hours to reach 40%)
Drains very quickly! ( i do have juice defender + low brightness etc)
The higher it charges, the slower its charging gets.
