Ok I'm just curious to how many people have bricked their evo v.
I didn't brick mine I'm just curious. ;) I think if you pulled the battery from the phone while it was updating the radios (in the bootloader) it would get bricked. Other than that this phone doesn't have a high chance of getting bricked :D. So.. anyone bricked it ? Hard brick? Soft brick? :)
First off thanks for looking & any help is appreciated. Second I searched & got some results.
Nothing was quite what I have going on. Mea culpa this was all my fault. I read read read & couldn't sort it out &
I went ahead anyways. Now things are starting to make sense to me. But I bricked it already.
Does Verizon know how to fix soft bricked HTC one m8 with a locked boot loader and S-on? I have exhausted every other method to fix my phone and it just doesnt work. So does like a local store know how to do that? It soft bricked after it attempted to update to android 4.4.3. Which failed miserably
I just started this thread for anyone that has bricked one of these things, whether it was a soft brick or a hard brick. I went bought another phone minutes after I bricked this one, but I/m still determined to fix this one. I have no recovery, No ftm, No OS, PC doesn't recognize it "unknown decice" , SDK has nothing.
