How can you link notification volume to ringer volume? Smart Actions doesn't have the ability to set notification volume during meeting times, only ringtone volume.
I'm really surprised by this it seems kind of a useless thing to me but when pushing the volume button down it lowers the volume of the ringtone but not the notification volume? I have to click on the volume settings and lower it manually.
Is anyone else experiencing this? or know of any way to link the two so that notifications would be the same volume as the ringtone?
With the help of this trick, I was able to workaround a minor annoyance i had with the existing volume notification. To me, the volume slide display stays too long on the screen after i adjust the volume so I often find myself closing this notification.
I just flashed the AOKP ROM a while ago and I have Audio Control installed with silent mode set and every time my phone reboots, my notification/ringer volume always goes up to the second loudest volume. Idk if this is caused by the ROM or the Audio Control app but is there a way to fix this?
I recently got this device and so far ColorOS is virtually indistinguishable from stock Android. The only problem is that the ringer and notification sound are insanely loud, even on the very lowest setting before silent, as is the System volume. Is there any way to fix this?
On my Sony Xperia M2, running Android 4.4.2,, two or three times a day, the sound volume of the ringtone and notification alert drops to a barely audible level. When this happens, calls can be missed as the ringing may not be heard.
The volume setting does not change, just the volume itself. If the phone is powered off and back on, then the volume is restored to normal.
My Samsung Galaxy S 5 allows the ringer and notification volumes to be different. Despite this, Llama is complaining that Android 4.0+ does not allow different volumes, and is giving me the options to "Use volumes anyway", "Moan to Google", or "Make volumes the same".
My S3 keeps volume/ringtone keeps increasing on its own. When left on a table by itself, or in my hand when I'm on my phone, it will adjust the volume/ringtone all the way to max, and then keep trying to reach max volume. When it does this, it will keep beeping, like it normally does when you change volume.
Hello, I need an answer to my troubles. When I turn on the music player I can control the media volume with the volume controls on the side. When I close the media player the volume controls do not go back to controlling the ringer/notification volume (Sound/Vibrate/Mute). Instead they still control the media volume. Any suggestions?
