Hi everyone,
I have been investigating the Hostapd application for some time now, and I have sorta got things working???
However, I am seeing log messages that I don't understand.
I have OpenWRT router.
I have NAS in my LAN, which i need to access from WAN and from all computers in the LAN.
The stable version of OpenWRT (10.03.1) does not work on the LinkSys WRT54G3GV2-VF.
The WiFi doesn't work, there are various bugs on trac that say it's fixed in trunk.
However if you browse the download locations, there are two different files for this router with no explanation as to why:
For the unreleased stable version 12.09:

Background
I am very interested in openwrt, I like that it's open source and gives you complete, granular control over your router.
I'm going to use my router for a home network (with a nas, htpc and desktop), so the functionality I'm looking for is pretty basic.
I'm working on a utility that will run in OpenWrt (Backfire firmware).
Just trying to push my local repository from Windows PC to my OpenWRT router (used as dev server) and got this:
[GitLog]
Initialized empty Git repository in /projects/
Pushing to ssh://root@192.168.1.10:22/projects
FATAL ERROR: Network error: Software caused connection abort

Dear all,
a few days ago I set up a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment 12.09-rc1. The router itself works like a charm, but I have a configuration issue that I cannot seem to tackle. I suspect it might be related to VLANs, but I may be mistaken.
What I need to do is to connect preconfigured OpenWRT router to another network through WAN cable connection.
My router assign the IP address to new router but even if I use this address it still rejects my SSL connection (as it appears).
I've done some googling and read some OpenWRT wiki pages but then I found out that I am missing directories such as '/etc/config'.
Any suggestions?
Hello everyone,
I run a WLAN access point with a USB WLAN card.
