Hi jeslnmx, I'm not sure If I'm running a daemon. I just installed dropbox-experimental and nautilus-dropbox and dropbox added itself to the autostart in gnome-session-properties with this entry:/opt/dropbox/dropboxdThe wiki mentions methods to create a daemon. Is that necessary?Regards

[Solved] Skype Won't Start 44 weeks 5 days ago

hi all.https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/30668 The problem here is that glibc package, was not upgraded correctly.... resolving this, skype backs to work fine.. on my system the solution wasrm -r /lib ln -sf /lib /usr/lib from a Live CD

Sandfox looks cool. It looks like it even has a pre-made profile for skype.A stupid idea, but I wonder if I could just start skype with something like, `sudo -u skypeuser skype`. I would obviously make sure skypeuser doesn't have permissions to access my home directory or any removable media.

Check PATH in you /etc/profile. Also, paste output of echo $PATH and which skype
