I felt like having the latest packages and all so I've installed LinuxBBQ Darkside since I'm addicted to #! and everything was cool BUT the packages from siduction are a bit behind (I had like linux kernel 3.10 while they were using 3.11.1 in Arch).
I had the same problem trying out 3.9-6.dmz.2-liquorix-* last night. Ended up borking my system so bad I re-installed. I will say this was the "fork" of #! linuxbbq, however results should be the same either way. I had the same trouble using the siduction kernel. After installing #!
to mount smb volume:
# smbclient --list host_smb_server
when you already know which folder you want to mount then
# mount -t cifs -o username=joe //host_dir/shared_folder /media/smb
this command will prompt you the password… type it.
