When I use S voice to set an alarm, it defaults NO SNOOZE. I cannot find a setting for it unless I manually set the alarm, and I hate doing that. I even tried saying "set alarm 2pm with snooze" and still no snooze. I work the night shift and wake up at different times during the day a lot, and I always snooze my alarms for at least 10-60 minutes.
Alarms can be a dime a dozen on the Google Play Store, but Alarm Clock Ultra Free is an app worthy to be set apart from the rest. Not only is it extremely functional and effective but it’s also aesthetically pleasing to any eye.
I have a SIP hardware phone connected on my DSL home lan.
Can someone please explain me this time stamp discrepancy in the kernel log?
We wrote an app to wake up Android at a specified time and the app leverages AlarmManager API and sets:
AlarmManager.ELAPSED_REALTIME_WAKEUP
The app works as intended and wakes up at an user specified time correctly. But there is a discrepancy in the kernel timestamp.
I want my laptop to wake up from suspended mode in the morning and alarm me to wake up using my mp3 file.
How do I do it?
I tried apmsleep, but it doesn't work cause my PC doesnt have "suspend to RAM" feature in BIOS. What can I do?
Thanks!
Simple ACPI wakeups manager with some additional options and Unity integration where neccessary. You can select an exact date or relative time to set the alarm and check it's current status. After setting the alarm your machine should wake up on the specified date.
Hi all,
On my old HTC, and on the nexus 7, I can set an alarm with a name like
7pm, put the oven on.
6am wake up for work
Saturday 6pm pick up the kids from drama club
etc etc.
Is there any way to do this with the GN2? I can set the alarms, but can't find a way to give each one a name.
Thanks
J
OK, if this adds any context, I am switching from a Sprint S3, which is actually very similar (hardware and software-wise) to an AT&T S4. One weird thing I've noticed on my new phone, is, when I'm creating a new alarm (and I usually do that by hitting the voice icon on the Google Search Bar and saying, for example "set alarm for 5 minutes from now"), the default alarm is silent!
I have to do a 3 to 5 minute presentation Thursday and want to know if I can set a 4 minute alarm that just vibrates so I know that I have talked for at least 4 minutes. Thanks everyone
