http://forum.xda-developers.com – It's not like I want to return to stock, but my days with this phone are coming to a close and my mother will be getting this phone for the remainder of the contract (about 9 ½ months) and I'll be transferring to the Galaxy Nexus. Also, another question, should I decide to return this phone to its stock boot loader, will it be able to still receive OTA updates despite it being S-Off? Since I bought my new Samsug G S3 I I plan on selling my sprint evo design. What I need is a complete stock boot img, recovery img and ruu to return this phone back to stock ICS, or Gingerbrerad.. I use to have these files, but since building a new pc, I no longer have them on my hd..

Hi,

I guess I'm gonna have to return to stock state in order to send the phone for warranty (dead pixel line all along the screen)

I plan to flash a stock ROM with PC or Mobile Odin.

My questions are : Will it be enough ? Will it reset the counter and install the stock recovery ? Shall I have to use triangle away before ?

Bought my Nexus 7 tablet and just don't use it as much as I thought I would being I have a Android phone also so I'm thinking I will return it to stock and get a laptop. Problem is I tried using CWM and the factory reset to erase it but neither do anything. I do have it rooted and unlocked.

I did some searching but couldn't find much. Here's the story. The USB connected on my 3D is broke, little bits of the connector fell out...pins look to be bent, not charging and no PC connection. I would like to return the phone to stock before i take it back to Sprint.

I was able to download the PG86IMG.zip but i'm unable to execute any of the fastboot commands to relock the phone.

I need to return my phone and ive used the guide to reset my flash counter with triangle away (which was never tripped, just did it for piece of mind), then i used odin and used the stock kernel and stock image to reinstall back to stock. Everything passed but when i boot my phone up right under the samsung logo it still says custom with the unlock logo.

Hey there,

I think I screwed up my phone during the rooting process. I can't use many of the push commands, I can't use any of the SQL servers from the market and a lot of other little problems that are popping up.

What I'd like to know is: is there any way that I can return my phone back to 100% stock...

I need to return to stock in order to return my phone. Two problems:

1) I have the yellow triangle 2) My display is not working

Is there a program I can use to view/control my Epic 4g touch from my computer in order to use Mobile Odin to possible return to stock and get rid of triangle?

Currently running Re-Caulked Version 0.2.0 or maybe even 1.9.1?

Ok so Best Buy for some reason refused to sell me a Note II off contract so I went to ATT. My return period is until the 13th and so I was pondering doing this.

Chances are when the One comes out Best Buy will refuse to sell that to me off contract as well. I was thinking about purchasing another phone from them like the Optimus G or something since there return window is 30 days still.

So I just recently got my evo design from boost mobile. Its rooted and runs really smooth. Now i didnt know that boost was getting the s2 this month when I bought it. heres what I want to do...

I was told that if i didnt like the phone I have within 30 days I can return it and switch phones. its well within the 30 day period.
