http://unix.stackexchange.com – I got the following error when trying to pull down a 300 MB ISO. It appears to pull down 25 MB then stop. I can't seem to use URL's when using the netinstall for CentOS, I'm installing CentOS on a Xen VPS.

I have followed the wget method here hoping it was my solution:

However I get the following error when trying to install:

My /etc/yum.conf looks as follows:
