Hello I have been for the past year using kobo app very nicely on my sony phone and have a mixture of bought books from kobo and sideloaded some books from my pc. Before I had kobo I used to have a nice folder with all my sideloaded books. Since I got kobo this folder has been clean empty.
My questions comes now, I got a new phone and I would like all my sideloaded books transfered there.
Thanks for reading my post, hope someone can help me with this issue! I got a Nexus 7 in Canada (Wifi only), persuaded over to the Android side by my Samsung SIII. I have some game APKs from my phone and some new ones I just downloaded.
Okay, here's what I'd like to do on my Android tablet, and I just haven't been able to find out if it's possible. I would like to create my own editions of public domain books from Project Gutenberg, mark them up in a reading app, and then open the marked-up books on my Windows computer.
I'm thinking of revamping our books section. Usually we only get three books in there, and sometimes only two. I'm thinking of moving the free FSF advert we run somewhere else in the magazine, freeing up both pages, then changing the format so that the pictures are smaller and we have slightly fewer words per book. The end result would be, rather than three books an issue, we have six.
With tablets areound the corner for almost half decades and amazing applications like iBook, Kndle App for reading the books and magzines, where we can zoom, swipe, and even video presentation in the books and magzines. Reading the books in tablets is always convenient compared to physical books.
Why do the publishers don't publish most of the books in these formats?
My girlfriend received a Nexus 7 for Christmas, which she is thrilled about. She loves the thing, and among other things is excited to do some reading on it.
I have assembled a rather healthy Calibre library with quite a few books (epub) I am able to share with her. I figured it would be simple enough to load up my library and download the various books I have tagged for her.
Im curious about how artificial intelligence works, and it would be fun to try to learn something about it.
What language the developers using and why.
And some books and/or tutorials for beginners to little more advanced.
Anyone have something intresting to share?
Some links or good books? :)
