SELINUX: enable core dumping for locally developed program?

http://www.linuxquestions.org – What do I need to ask a sys admin to do in order to enable core dump files for diagnosing a program we developed here? (I am trying to help another Windows programmer diagnose a crash that occurs in the Linux port of our product under complicated conditions. Running inside gdb is not an option.) Even though I have no root access, I can do the simple step with ulimit that would enable core dumps if we were on one of our older Centos systems. But this is a newer RHEL system where there seem to be extra SELINUX layers to enabling core dumps for things that were not installed from .rpm (I also (HowTos)
