http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I am looking for an Email programm for Fedora Linux. I am beginner. The programm should handle txt or tex files and only txt files not html files. Why? Why want to save the inbox easy in ascii files. Thunderbird cannot do it and until today I do copy and paste with every email. There are many emailprogs like Kmail oder Sylpheed or Postler or Claes. I want to send txt Files and receice txt mails without pictores and without html. Thank You for help. (HowTos)

I have installed the Thunderbird email client and think that the mails are being stored in the files Inbox and Inbox.msf. Is it possible to convert the Inbox and Inbox.msf files into individual files?

hi friends.

when i get email with HTML files (attached files) - i open the file but the phone didn't read it. i only see 1 line from the document with some strange characters

i try to open it with HTML VIEWER, DB TEXT EDITOR, TEXTWARRIOR (from google play) and some more - but can't read the file with all of them.

when i send the email to my iphone - it read it well.

Hi All,

I have a scenario where in am using uuencode to send a txt file as an excel to end users( email attachment).I have 7 different files and these files are sent as emails 7 times...

So my question is, can i not zip all the 7 files at once and attach those files in a single email????

Hello, I installed Lubuntu, but Sylpheed and Thunderbird will not send directories as attachments. The email clients open directories and files to send them. I need to send directories with files inside them, this does not happen. Thanks. P.S. I love Lubuntu.

I have in a directory a big number of files and their translation in other languages. There are files in 10 different languages and files in 2 or 3. A typical name of a file is xx_xxxx_EN.html and its translation xx_xxxx_IT.html . I want to extract a 2 column txt file with the names of the files. For example for the English - Italian language pair: xx_xxxx_EN.html xx_xxxx_IT.html

I am beginning developing android, I have read a lot in the last days. need for collaboration. I need something to download images, videos and pdfs. always with a link or an array of links. these downloaded files must be saved in a folder on the device. My device does not have sdcard. the files should be downloaded and used in imageview videoview and pdfs should be sent by email.
