I have a Sony Xperia SP with stock Android 4.3 and stock contact manager and stock phone app
Today I saw a strange behaviour :
After dialling a new number (which I didn't have in my contacts), I opened the call log and tried to add this number to contacts as a new contact.
I find it very annoying that after a call is ended, the contact screen pops up and gives me the option to call or text that very same person I just hung up with.
I used to use an app called "On Call End" but that doesn't seem to work on the S5.
Does anyone know how to make the phone go to the homescreen after a call is ended, and not show a popup of that contact with options to call
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, bought last year in around Sept-Oct 2013..
I had added a contact in last year, that I have lost now. I remember giving a missed call to the person last year, but I don't have the contact on my phone now.. I had deleted the contact in December 2013... And as I've read online, google contact only stores a deleted contact upto 30 days...
If you use the Google Voice Search, you will be happy to know that you can now easily call people based on their relationship to you. For example, if you want to call your wife, you can simply say, “Okay Google, call my wife.” It will work with texting too.
1. The message app is crappy because it creates multiple threads for one contacts (if the contact have 2 or more numbers)!
2. Contact app don't include my exchange contacts "live search". I can't search for exchange contacts when i need to call a co worker whos not in my contact-list!
Samsung Galaxy S3. I am unable to swipe a contact to call but am able to swipe a contact to message. How do I adjust the setting so that I can swipe to call a contact. Please and thank you for your assistance...
