Screen Freeze when Installing a Jelly Bean Rom

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi everyone, I am somewhat a Noob to android flashing and I've run into a problem when installing Elite Genius's Jelly Bean ROM which can be found on the following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1776738 After installing the beta 8 version I decided to install the beta 10 version. However after moving the ROM to my internal SD card and installing the ROM through the Devil Kernel the phone is stuck on the semaphore kernel loading screen. I have tried restarting the phone but the phone keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. Could anyone help me out? Shano (HowTos)

Does any developer know of a way to substitute the stock kernel in a note 2 with one that allows the app2sd init,d script.

my note 2 is rooted and has CWM but other than that no other changes.

So i was installing this rom called MindCR http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1840645

and i followed all the instructions and after installing it, i rebooted it and i got bricked.

my phone gets stuck at the galaxy ace logo!!!

good thing i have a back up in my SD card

i backed up it using Clockwork mod recovery

Help Please

I've had my phone up and running on AOKP Milestone 1 and a custom kernel (can't remember the name now) for a few months now. I decided to replace the kernel with Lean Kernel since my phone's been crashing recently, and it was mentioned that the kernel could be the problem (this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...42971&page=135).

All these threads below are asking the same thing, "What's the best", and the general consensus is that there isn't a "best", it's all about personal preference.
