After installing 4.3 I can't get Samsung Apps to install. I know that on the previous version I have to scour the web until I found the right apk but this time I tried to install directly from the Samsung site as well as I tried 10 different other Apks. Did they block the side loading of this on the Verizon model?

Subsequently, I successfully rooted the device and my device details now reads as baseband version P7500XXLQ8, kernel version 3.1.10 dpi@DELL162 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Aug 3 20:17:20,Build Number IMM76D.XWLP5.

I've been having real trouble with my stock Samsung Galaxy S3 lately. It's constantly freezing, 3-6 times a day, sometimes when I'm not even using the device. I have tried a fresh install and reformatting my sim card to no avail.
So I rooted and installed LogCat extreme to see what the last log entry was before the crash.
Hot off the heels of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus fiasco, it seems as if Apple has indirectly had its way again, this time seen in a recent OTA update for the international version of the Samsung Galaxy S III (I9300 model).
