Well I just got the VM 4G a few days ago, and I transfered my apps and data from my triumph with tb. I use gosms pro, and for some reason my texts dont que the notification sound to go off, even though i have the sound set up in phone settings and gosms settings. The notification sound does however work for some other notifications that go off.
After noticing that I had waaaay too many texts in my inbox today, I went through and deleted most of the threads hoping to clear up some space. I received a message from one of those people I was deleting messages from while the texts were erasing.
Once in awhile (happened twice yesterday) my phone freezes and I am unable to wake the screen after getting a text notification. I use GoSMS pro.
I hear the chime, see the LED on but I cannot open the phone, it remains black.
The only way to open it is to reboot or take the battery out.
It's rather embarrassing in front of my iFriends.
Any suggestions? Besides getting new friends?
Awesome! Sprint has once again started to push the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update to the Samsung Epic 4G Touch. Reports indicated there were some issues with the previous roll out and it appears everything has been buttoned up! You should get an automatic push, but if you haven’t yet, feel free to hit the Menu/Settings/About Phone/System Update to see if you can manually grab it.
Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place. I updated my S2 on orange network from android 2 to Ice Cream Sandwich using samsung kies and now i am having issues with it. I cannot make calls or send texts. When i try to make a call it tells me that calls are barred from this number. I tried going into the settings and unbarring but my passcode is not working, even after a factory reset.

Hello - my Rezound does not vibrate when I receive texts.
I use my phone in my car a lot and I want to be able to make calls without touching or looking at the phone. So far my old old Windows mobile phone does better than any Android app Ive used with my new Samsung Galaxy s3 with Ice Cream Sandwich.
The features Id like to see are:
1. Can initiate a call without touching the phone.
T-Mobile will be updating their Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G from Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich in the future. Right now the device is in the process of receiving updates for 2.3.6. With it already running Gingerbread this isn’t a huge update.
