Did you happen to miss Motorola’s unveiling of its first Intel-powered smartphone last week? Fear not. The entire event is now available to watch online. As a refresher, the RAZR i is essentially an international variant of the Droid RAZR M, and sports a 2GHz Atom CPU, as well as a 4.3-inch edge-to-edge display.
One of the more interesting pieces of hardware making an appearance at CES 2013 this year is the i’m Watch device. The i’m Watch is basically an Android device in the form of a wristwatch. It does use a special version of Android called i’m Droid 2 based on Android 1.6.

Google I/O 2012 was definitely one to remember as all Google I/O events were. Google put together a highlights video showcasing the entire 3 day event, and it’s only 3 minutes and 41 seconds long. Everything is covered like Jelly Bean, the Nexus 7, the Nexus Q, Chrome, Google Glass, and I think there was some skydiving if I remember correctly.
Samsung has taken to Twitter to show off its all-new eight core Exynos 5 Octa chipset. Other than the spectacular grid of spheres on the rear, there’s nothing really to see here. Although, if rumors hold true, we can expect to see the Korean manufacturer’s new Exynos 5 make its debut inside the Galaxy S IV later this year.
To say last night’s Galaxy S 4 event was cheesy might be an understatement, but one thing they did do was effectively explain all the new features of the phone itself. Sure, we could have done without all the pomp and circumstance, but you don’t bring 3,000 people into Radio City Music Hall without at a little.
Earlier today Huawei announced the Ascend Mate and the Ascend D2. The Ascend D2 sports a 5-inch 1080p IPS display with 443ppi, Huawei’s K3V2 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera, 3,000mAh battery, microSD, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and the latest version of the Emotion UI. It’s 9.9mm thick and weighs 170g. We expect to see this bad boy on sale in China this month followed by Japan.
Earlier today Sony announced the release of several new devices during their IFA press conference. The Xperia T will be the new flagship device in the Xperia line with a 4.6-inch display, 13mp camera capable of recording full 1080p HD video, a 1.5GHz dual core processor, and initially Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.
