Samsung previously released the small and stylish netbook Samsung N150. Now this netbook comes with preinstalled Windows 7 starter edition, original. This update off course impact to the retail price of the Samsung N150. But, you may choose to buy this N150 without OS.
Hi all, I'll soon have a samsung N150, and I want to install linux. I use Kubuntu on my laptop, so I thought to try kubuntu also on the netbook. I've read on the kubuntu webpage that the netbook edition is still a not fully developed version, so I was wondering if it will be a good choice.
Anyway, what are your experiences with a Samsung N150 and Ubuntu or Kubuntu?

Save $100 off the retail price of the MacBook 13in notebook with this special at Myer
If you want an ultraportable that's more powerful than a netbook and lighter than a standard notebook, this Toshiba is well priced in Myer's mid season sale.
Hello,
I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 x32 on my Netbook Samsung N150 Plus. It seems that I cannot adjust the brightness level within Ubuntu but I have been always able to do it from the Grub menu. Well, but the problem is that since some time ago when I log in Ubuntu sometimes the brightness seems to be crazy. It goes up and down automatically.
Is anyone having the same problem?
Just thought I would post this small thread dealing with getting the Realtek 8192E wireless adaptor working on the N150. Hope it is of help to anyone running one of there charming little machines:)
