How do I get the screen on my Galaxy S3 to wirelessly display on my Samsung SmartTV.
Not only movies, pictures, music but everything I do on the phone.
Today at the Facebook phone event, the company unveiled Facebook Home, an Android “app” that will change your phone’s home screen and core features. It will be released in the Play Store on April 12, with an update coming every month.
At first, Facebook Home will only work on selected devices, because the company needs to work with hardware partners to make it compatible.
NOOBS - For those that don't know the difference between ALLSHARE and ALLSHARE CAST please read before replying, thanks.
ALLSHARE - this simply streams bits to your smart TV or compatible wifi media player and plays the actual file on that device, it doesn't do any hardware / software decoding on the phone.
Hi there
I have A Samsung GS2, also a Tab 10.1 and the PC installation of course, all have AllShare. when all using the wifi network back to the PC they each appear as devices if they are turned on and running AllShare.
So I can dial up the other devices and search music or video files (even though the folder organisation is confusing sometimes) and I can play files no problem.
Do all the Samsung tablets have the Samsung app allshare?
I am looking for tablets that will talk to my Samsung tv via WiFi...to share pictures, videos, etc....
Thanks!

This is a link to a youtube video (my first) I just posted. I think it's a pretty cool feature of my S3. A member of AVS Forums shared an app with me called Samsung Smart View, it wasn't available in the Play Store at the time and I still don't think it is. In July I purchased a Samsung PN60E7000 and got the S3 on launch day.
If you are interested in getting your hands on a new Samsung Galaxy device, like the Samsung Galaxy S III or Samsung Galaxy Note, and could use some funds to help with the purchase, Samsung may have just what you need. Samsung recently announced a new buyback program via their Facebook page.
