Samsung Fined By Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission For Misleading Advertising

http://techcrunch.com – Samsung has disclosed that Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission (FTC) fined it NT$300,000 (or about US$10,389) for an advertisement that featured “misleading” information about the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102, reported Taiwanese news agency CNA (link via Google Translate). According to the FTC, the South Korean company said in online and catalog advertisements that the phone has automatic focus and flash functions, which it doesn’t.
