Samsung Confirms 4.1 JB Upgrade will be available in October

Hi This is some thing I have found not sure if its been posted but if not all should read if you have a sandisk card in you note or any Samsung device. This maybe s reason to strange problems.

I recently upgraded to the S3 through AT&T and paid 199.99 like an idiot. I found it at Sams Club for 79 bucks. I returned my S3 to the AT&T store and reversed my upgrade since they wouldn't budge on price and will be going to Sams to upgrade.

I know that there are some tools that make the app run on different mobiles or on different computers. But is there any tool/software that can make the app run on Computer (windows, mac and linux) as well as on Mobiles (ios & android)? Even if has to be purchased, I can.
