yesterday I installed Kitkat#4 on my s5830i from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2560746
This roms runs very nice n smooth, but the whole Google apps are missing. So I was searching for the right gapps and founds this one: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip .
Hi, I'm currently using C-Rom v7.1, and I accidentally flashed the gapps "google stock package" which replaced the roms camera with google camera. The point is that I already tried a lot of things to get rid of it and get the roms camera back, but I was unsuccessful.
On my verizon G.Nexus I recently flashed GAPPS (GOOGLE STOCK PACKAGE) dev-host link.
In the beginning everything ran well, but lately i am unable to access mobile network(access to internet connection) but works fine when connected to wifi. and if it is set to 3G.
said that, since i have flashed stock package my message is replaced by hangout.
While downloading the nightly CM 10.2 for 11/4, I went to go download the usual gapps for 4.3.1 and it said the file couldn't be found. It gave me a list of files to download for gapps options but I'm not sure which one is the correct one for me to download. Did the gapps site change in some way? I'm on Sprint, by the way.
I have Titanium Backup PRO and it works fine but is a pain.
When I say its a pain, its because when I flash new roms multiple roms per day, I always need to install the gapps and then go to the market and download the Titanium Backup app and the licence for the Titanium Backup PRO to work with a single click restore. Then I must wait till all apps are restored and then reboot.
I've been flashing custom rooms ROMs for a few years now and I've noticed something that I've always been meaning to ask about. At first a lot of ROMs are great. As daily drivers they work with very few if any bugs. Now I'm talking "stable" ROMs, not beta or nightly. But over time it seems like they become buggy. Does anyone else experience this?
