Samba Server Upgrade not connecting

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I've recently upgraded a Fedora 11 install being used as a Samba server on a small network to Fedora 12 via preupgrade. Upon reboot, I was not able to connect to the server. I found that shutting down SELinux and recreating the (only) user for the server allowed connection to the shares. Tonight, I had to shut down the server and move it to a different network port. Now, I find I cannot connect to my shares once again. SELinux is still disabled. The firewall is allowing access. Computer responds to pings. Suggestions? ---------- Post added at 07:55 PM CST ---------- Previous post was at 07:41 PM CST ---------- Never mind. smb service wasn't starting on boot. duh. (HowTos)
