Leaked earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy S II 4G in Titanium is Boost Mobile’s newest prepaid handset. The device is essentially a re-purposed Galaxy S II, sporting the same specifications of Samsung’s 2011 flagship smartphone.
We’ve told you about how us Android users use Facebook more than iOS users— and now it appears that we use Facebook most among the apps found on our mobile devices. According to a recent ComScore study, mobile users tended to use Facebook more than Google Maps between March and December of 2012, based off of the monthly mobile usage trends.
We have our app built for Android and iOS using Titanium Appcelerator. Our client is asking to take advantage of Facebooks "Mobile App Install Ads".
When I open picture on Facebook in full screen I can't go back to the home page; tried to press and click everything - didn't work. On iPhone there was "done" button for that. The only way to get back to Facebook home page on Samsung was to restart the phone, which doesn't seem right.
Does any one know what the problem is?
Facebook today paused the test of its mobile ad network, which lives in other apps that it splits revenue with, and reapplying resources to its mobile feed ads. Freed-up staff could work on bringing its lucrative FBX ad exchange to mobile. In fact, Facebook is already looking into the option, says sources.
A lot of mobile apps have a "Like Us on Facebook" button that directs the user to a Facebook fan page. In mobile games, liking the fan page rewards the player in some manner.
If I simply open a web view with my game's Facebook fan page, I won't know if the user liked my page when he returns to the game.
You scrolled right past the old design for Facebook’s “Pages You Might Like” mobile ads. Too much gray, not enough description. But they just got updated to show colorful banners and explain what a business does. Their designer Jeff Kanter thinks you’ll stop to give them a look. Maybe even a tap.
There's a post on Facebook that 5,000 S4's will be given away, worldwide, apparently by Samsung. You must complete the simple requirements to be eligible. They are:
1. Like this photo.
2. Share this photo.
3. Chose your color (white/black/blue/red
The lucky winners will be selected in 24 hours but will get their gifts at 15 March.
Hi,
I am pretty new with smart phones.I use a Samsung Galaxy Note II.
I want to add photos to facebook albums that I have created earlier and I want to make new albums in facebook. Is this possible from a mobile device?
I have tried the facebook app, Google Chrome and Firefox. I also asked firefox to give "the full desktop site".
