running a terminal programm instead of the linux terminal [on hold]

http://unix.stackexchange.com – I would like to launch a program instead of the Linux shell, that works like a shell. An restricted working environment, with a different log in process. But not only to close the options from the original Linux shell and the access to it. It should run after boot, maybe after an automated log in process of the Linux shell. The access will be restricted and the syntax/keywords/log in process used different, especially throughout this decision. A core part would be ignoring data from devices with a different file type. Embedding resources like PDFs/videos/music or source code files, in a spec (HowTos)
