I bought galaxy s2 before two days..
As I found various bugs, lags and irritating inbuilt ICS, I downgraded my galaxy s2 from ICS to gingerbread 2.3.6.
Now everything is perfect and stable.
But while browsing Tamil sites, there are irregular display of tamil fonts.

The much-anticpated Samsung Galaxy S II Ice Cream Sandwich update officially arrived for some devices, but the rest of us around the world haven’t been lucky enough to get a taste of it yet… until now (sorta). Samsung went ahead and released the source code of its latest update to the public sphere recently.
Samsung posted an update on its official Facebook page for the Galaxy Note 2 today stating that the Note 2 as well as the Galaxy S3 smartphones will be receiving an update to Jelly Bean 4.2.2 by the end of May.
There was no mention of which versions of the phones will be getting the update first, but its safe to assume that global versions will get the update first, and after that, an carrier

i played with rooting and flashing before i found these forums with guides and stuff.
and now my samsung galaxy have no mobile network, no imei number and freezes when i activate bluetooth..
it was also bricked (logo loop) but i fixed that.
i have flashed stock firmware in it and it works fine beside the 3 problems above.

Yesterday we reported that select Samsung handsets running its TouchWiz UI were affected by a flaw that could allow them to be remote wiped after clicking on a malicious link. Samsung has now confirmed it has patched the flaw for its flagship Galaxy SIII handset.
