I tried to flash a rom on my e973 and i factory reset,wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, formatted system and went to flash the room but i clicked the wrong thing (CWM) and it froze. so i went to reboot and when i did it shows the lg logo comes on for a second, the screen goes black and then turns off. I can't get into download mode either... help!

First off if you're on ANY recovery that isn't CWM 5.0.2.7 you DO NOT NEED TDJS SUPER WIPE OR CACHE WIPE SCRIPTS!!!! Seriously stop flashing these people you're filling up threads with problems caused by both of these scripts and bad flashing methods. Here's how to PROPERLY flash a ROM..
If on CWM 6.0.x.x
1. Wipe factory data/reset
2. Wipe cache
3. Go into mounts and storage
4. Format /system

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem I am having. I have tried to flash the Synergy RLS1-Shift ROM onto my EVO Shift and with both version of it that are available here it says that it installs fine, then to reboot, but when I reboot it stays locked on the white HTC boot screen. Do I need to fix permissions or something before rebooting the system to get the ROM to work?

0. Install the proper FXP kernel
1. You must do a Full Wipe in CWM (System/Data/Cache/Dalvik-Cache)!
2. Copy the ROM to your SDCard

If you want root you'll have to flash the SuperSU-v0.98+.zip from the Clockworkmod Recovery thread

Download the Stockrom.zip
Boot into CWM
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Install Stockrom.zip
