I am using safestrap with unsafe=stock905+root and safe=KINETX rom. I want to get my safe system into ICS leak and need to get the safe system back to stock 905 to make that happen.
The first question is: Is there a easy way to get my safe system back to stock905+root? My original backup for safe system has MD5 problem so that won't work.

Just got a used Razr M that was rooted with safestrap 3.05 v. 2.2.2.1. I unrooted the phone and can't seem to get rid of safestrap. There's no app icon or apk on the phone for me to uninstall safestrap. I was going through the recovery menu and could not find anything on how to remove safestrap.
How do I upgrade the 232 leak to 246? I am rooted with SafeStrap.
I guess I would prefer to wipe data and go 246 OTA if possible, then root/safestrap.
I found this script but it is so chock full of warnings/BS I cannot decipher what I am supposed to do...

Hej.. im using the razr M with safestrap 3 and Eclipse ROM, 1.0. After installing safestrap and understand what it is, i was really confuse and don't know how to explorer the file system ( including apps installed location ) in the new ROM.. all about the new partition is the .img files and as i believe everuthing about new rom like system, apps etc...
to start, im not a rookie when it comes to rooting, but i am when it comes to rooting motorollas. the razr was the first ive done. i was using bootstrap for a while just fine, but then i found a rom that required i use safestrap. i have no idea what the difference is.
i downloaded the safestrap apk and installed it then opened the app and installed the recovery.
Okay I have done with process with 2.2 eclipse as well and it didn't work either so I figured I would try it with 2.3
I do every single little thing in this list.
1. sbf to 234
2. Root using MotorolaOneclick
3. Install Voodoo OTA rootkeeper and protect root but temp unroot
4. Apply 235 update in stock recovery

While I'm thinking about it, I wanted to ask a question. I had to revert back to the stock ROM, and went to re-add root and Safestrap 2.10. All went well with the install, but when I went to enable the Safe System, and I rebooted, the phone did the POST (Motorola symbol), got to the SafeStrap splash, then the screen went blank.
ok here is the deal.....i made a backup using safestrap while my phone was on ICS.....my phone is updated to jellybean....i lost root after, rerooted and installed safestrap again. the problem is when i try to restore my screen is black after the safestrap logo. i can fastboot and flash again no problem but im really trying to restore this image.....any suggestions?
So, I bricked my last A2 and had it replaced and the one they gave me is horrific (bunch of issues...). Anyway, I know I have to unroot, they will most certainly detect that. However, What about bootstrap? Do you think they will notice that when they bring it to the back to do their "troubleshooting"?
