Ingenico, a global payment provider which focuses on secure electronic transactions at point-of-sale, said it has reached an agreement in principle with Summit Partners to acquire Brussels-based, pan-European online merchant payment services provider Ogone for €360 million — paying €120 million in cash and €240 million via bank credit.
