Restrict Per User Logins by Wall Time - how?

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Switched back to Fedora from Mandriva a couple months ago. One thing I could do on Mandriva, which I don't have figured out for Fedora, is to restrict the allowed login clock time range of my kids' accounts. What I tried on Fedora 17 was: Add "login ; * ; son|daughter ; !Al2000-0800" to /etc/security/time.conf Add "kde ; * ; son|daughter ; !Al2000-0800" to /etc/security/time.conf Add "kdm ; * ; son|daughter ; !Al2000-0800" to (HowTos)
