Picked up a 3b2 running System V. Works fine, but it requires a username and password. Is the username "root" or "sysadm"? How do I find out and how to I reset it or bypass it?

I have a SBS2011 server with an internal domain name: mydomain.local.
The external address is different: myexdomain.com.

Hello
Recently my users can not reset their password via email
I receive an email like this :
Code:
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error.
I have the same problems as several others. I can't get past the authentication on the Windows client.
Authentication keeps failing! I have reset the password via the Ubuntu One website; I'm 100% sure I'm using the right username and password, but when setting up the Windows client it doesn't accept the username/password.
HI I am sending a username to my php file located on the server to check if the username exists in my database.
Help! When using my Galaxy Tab to browse online shopping sites I keep getting the message "username/password incorrect". I have reset usernames and passwords several times so I know that it is not human error. When logging into one particular site, the page has 'remembered' an old login which pops up automatically even though I have unchecked the 'remember me' option.
So why does the password reset page tell me I've answered the question incorrectly?
First, I tried to register. Never received an email. So I tried to register with a different email/username. I was told it was taken. I tried to have a password sent to my email, but June is not the 6th month according to the page.
