I noticed that most of our users using the reset by username feature forgets the username too so I think it's a good a idea to use reset by email instead. Is this something doable? Thanks.

the password reset site tells me to write here in case I forgot my
email, well for me it's the other way around. I know my email (this one)
and can happily change my password (which I naturally forgot as well,
silly me), however no username is sent alongside the password link.
Can you help me on this matter?
Thanks in advance.
I have the same problems as several others. I can't get past the authentication on the Windows client.
Authentication keeps failing! I have reset the password via the Ubuntu One website; I'm 100% sure I'm using the right username and password, but when setting up the Windows client it doesn't accept the username/password.
This is my first time posting on this mailing list. My problem is that
my AUR account username is not working. I tried restetting the
password, but that didn't help. My email is:
Is there some kind of database where I can get my username back?
Thanks in advance!
I've tried multiple times to reset the login on our router, 5 seconds on the reset button, 30 seconds on the reset button, power cycle. No matter what I google and do, I can't seem to get this thing to reset the login.
I've been reading from a few places that the username is maintainer and the password is bcpb[serial].
