I picked up an Xbox One the other week and I'm having trouble getting the controller to work with rechargeable AA batteries. These are the same batteries I've used in my Xbox 360 and I've tested it with about 8 different batteries. 4 of which have been on the charger at least a week.
When I put the batteries in and hold the xbox button it lights up, blinks once or twice, then goes blank.
The Switzerland-based Solar Impulse group flew its HB-SIA solar-powered aircraft for 26 hours, using solar cells to collect sunlight during the day and sunlight-powered batteries at night. It is now the longest and highest manned solar flight.
I am new here and have a question.
I have one of those round globes that are solar powered and has a single LED in it.
My question is how does the single two lead LED manage to turn different colors.
I have heard elsewhere that this is due to TWO LED'S combined into one package.
While the more pedantic among us would argue that every plane is controlled by our brains, German researchers at the Technische Universität München and the TU Berlin have created a plane that eschews all the messy, meaty bits (your head, your hands) that sit between the brain and the plane.
Qatar Airways latest commercial aircraft, the Boeing-787-800 Dreamliner, accompanies 22 business class seats and another 232 economy class seats. To an airplane enthusiast, there’s many aspects of the Boeing 787 to be excited about such as the all new noise-reducing technology Boeing used in the jet engine, all the way down to the sleek new aerodynamic design it was built upon.
Hey guys I'm a first time poster with little EE experience. I recently assembled a pulsing LED circuit using the schematic below. I added four more LED lights (wired in parallel) and tried to power the circuit using four AA (NiMh) rechargeable batteries (wired in series) but the batteries don't provide enough voltage.
