Just reinstalled kde 11.3 on second hd. Everything seems to be okay except for getting additional repositories. Under yast I get the message unable to download list of repositories or no repositories defined. Any ideas on what I can check?
Thanks, Mike
Hi,
I recently download the new 11.3 suse. I Install from the cd, and choose the update option to make it all auto-.
Now I Found out that I have no Mozilla repository, Packman repository, OpenOffice one, as well as others. Then I go the repositories packages screen that repositories aren't displayed.
Where can I found them ?

I realize the KDE Package repositories listed at KDE/Repositories - openSUSE are not officially supported by OS. But they are a complete mess AFAICS.
I'm trying to install LibreOffice 3.6.1 from the LibreOffice launchpad repositories, but get the message in the attached screenshot. Even if I uncheck these repositories and try to reinstall the 3.5.4 version from the standard ubuntu repositories, I get a similar error.
my repositories are screwed.i need a fresh copy because my old one has a lot of problems.I've already tried http://repogen.simplylinux.ch/ but i dont know what to select and the list it generated doesnt allow me to upgrade so please give me the original repositories so that i can replace this one
I am from India
Hi,
Is anyone else having problems with the repositories today??? Especially download.opensuse.org
Cheers!
I've successfully installed VisualSVN server on my computer and setup it's repository root on network, to save all files on another computer.
I have been using Ubuntu for a few years, but aside from a little bit of playing around it's pretty much the only Linux based OS I have used. To my understanding, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, and Lubuntu are just Ubuntu with different desktop environments and default applications. The Lubuntu page on the Ubuntu wiki specifically says that, and that it shares Ubuntu's repositories.
