http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I have an FC13 machine which I plan to uprade to FC17. However, when I built this PC a few years ago I only made two partitions - a 200 Mb ext3 boot partition and everything else on an lvm2 partition. The total HD space is 400 Gb. I want to do a fresh install of FC17, but I also want to keep almost everything in my home directory, which is taking up 116 Gb of space. I don't have anything this big to copy to (like an external or spare drive), and I'd like to avoid buying another HD just for this operation. The lvm2 partition is currently 52% used, with about 164 Gb of unused space remaining. Is (HowTos)
