Hello everyone. This is probably very simple.I want to make a dummy network interface for Xen.If I:modprobe dummy numdummies=1ifconfig -adummy0 will be listed as an interface. However I need dummy0 to be an interface when xend daemon is loaded at boot.
As title, I run the above commands in sh shell of Linux, but I just cannot find the the child processes of pid 7459 by running "ps -ef | grep dummy".
Can someone explain why there could be such difference between these 2 commands?
They are active processes ,not LWP(thread), right?
tar cf - $DIRS | 7za a dummy -si $BACKUP -so | gpgFrom the 7za manpage:-so Write data to StdOut (eg: % echo foo | 7z a dummy -tgzip -si -so > /dev/null)Seems like the dummy argument is needed for it to not complain.
