I have a rooted Samsung galaxy S3 (SCH-R530) I am unable to find the OTA update for this device (rooted). So I was wondering is it okay to accept the regular OTA even though I'm rooted?I want to know if that would mess up the root?
I personally use HTC one and am rooted with a custom rom. I had purchased a verizon Galaxy Note 3 for my sister as a Christmas gift and she loves the thing but i guess after loading up junk to it and the bloat already on the phone its gotten slow and Samsung patched out the ability to tether.

Hi all, I rooted my GS4 last night with intent to remove bloat and make it faster. I followed the list on this site [droidviews(insert)/list-of-bloatssystem-apps-on-samsung-galaxy-devices-that-can-be-safely-removed]. Before I went ahead and uninstalled the app/data I made a titanium back up. When I finished the process my gallery stopped working.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 running a rooted version of firmware version 4.1.1. I would like to update my firmware to the latest version, while maintaining my root privileges. How can I do this safely, and where can I find the latest rooted firmware for my device?
I recently rooted my Galaxy S4 using the Towel Root method. but a week ago or so while driving ATT forced an update and updated to the new version. The problem is I do not have Root active, but I can't use certain apps due to getting a message saying that they can't be used on a Rooted device. I am not sure how to remove this odd state I am in. Has anyone had this issue and know how to remove it?
