http://www.talkandroid.com – Yesterday we reported on an update to the Netflix for Android app to bring it up to the same feature level as the iOS version that had been released last week. The biggest changes involve the updated interface, including the ability to quickly access information about media while it is playing on a device. You may have been wondering how you might access information while at the same time viewing media. Netflix made it easier for owners of Playstation 3 consoles as the Netflix app will give them the choice of playing the media via their PS3 if they have both devices on the same wifi network. Having an issue. With netflix app. I keep getting a notification "Netflix trying to connect to available network" which is my home wifi, working fine. And after i try usinh netflix my media volume gets muted and I have to restart my device to get volume control back. Any suggestions? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Android Central Forums

When I try to stream with Netflix over WiFi on my Galaxy Note, the movie never loads.

I can launch the program and sign in just fine, but when I select a movie or show from my queue (even one that's been paused), it goes to the red "Netflix" screen and the "Loading" spinner just spins and spins and spins.

A week after Netflix debuted its new iPhone application, just in time for the iPhone 5 launch, the company is today announcing it has brought a similar updated experience to users of Android devices.

I just upgraded to the Galaxy S4 and was thinking about what to do with my old HTC Evo. I was wondering if there is any simple way to control my old Evo (over WiFi) with my S4, so I could stream Netflix from my Evo through my TV (with the micro hdmi cable).

Basically using my Evo to push Netflix to my TV, controlled by my S4.

I LOVE the picture in picture feature on the note 2. You know, the one where you can shrink the video, check your email, browse the web, and send a text while the movie keeps playing in the corner?

I'm thinking of getting the Nexus 7 for my mom as a media consumption device. She will not use it for productivity.

She'll be using the following [and next to it, I have posted my solution for each]:

1. Netflix [use Netflix app] 2. Web browsing [use Chrome] 3.

Hi, I have a 10" Vodafone Tablet that was running Netflix without a problem. It is using Android 3.2 version. Netflix has stopped loading content - the site is showing - my account is there and my viewing history is there. I have tried loading direct through the browser and through the App - I have uninstalled and rebooted and all the usual stuff but no joy.
