http://forums.opensuse.org – Opensuse 11.0 KDE 3.59 I am getting this error when I try to do updates, either thru Yast> Online Updates or when I click on the Yellow triangle at bottom right of my screen: Refresh failed: Error: Could not refresh repository 'Main Repository (OSS)': Valid metadata not found at specified URL(s) History: - File '/content' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.0/repo/oss' I have searched in Google and in this forum, but cannot find anything about it. I have gone into the repositories and deleted them and reinstalled them, but it does not change any thing. The triangle stays yellow and I am not able to do updates. I don't have a lot of repositories enabled, only some from the List of online repositories: Main [Updates], Main [OSS], Main[Non-OSS], Packman. Any ideas what I should do? (Distributions)

For the last few days I haven't been able to check for some updates from the 11.0 repository.

openSUSE Updater gives this error message: Error: Refresh failed: Error: Could not refresh repository 'Libdvdcss repository': Valid metadata not found at specified URLS(s) History: - File '/repodata/repomd.xml not found on medium 'http://suse.linuxin.dk/repo/11.0'

Trying to install Opera web brwoser using zypper via konsole.

I use following commands and output as follows >

Today, when I launch Yast2 - Online Update, I get an error during the repository refresh that it could refresh the repository.

Since it's easier to copy-paste - here is the output from 'zypper ref' with the same error:

I realize the KDE Package repositories listed at KDE/Repositories - openSUSE are not officially supported by OS. But they are a complete mess AFAICS.

Looking for source code packages I have configured the "Main repository (Sources)" into the yast list of repositories.

However when I select the repository view in th esoftware manager it shows this repository as empty. Other repositories work.

Hi, After I installed opensuse from DVD, I wanted to add KDE and Mozilla repos with priorities like this:

I get the error message above from the kde update applet each time I boot up.

I recently download the new 11.3 suse. I Install from the cd, and choose the update option to make it all auto-.

Now I Found out that I have no Mozilla repository, Packman repository, OpenOffice one, as well as others. Then I go the repositories packages screen that repositories aren't displayed.

Where can I found them ?
