What stops us from reducing the TTL of all DNS entries to 1 minute or something less?
If that is done we won't have to wait mych for DNS changes to propagate so what all things force us to not do it.
While doing research, I found that one method for reducing noise is to connect the load ground directly to the power supply ground. Does this also apply for the positive supply? Also, can the relay coill cause noise in a circuit? If yes, how can I reduce it?

When I'm doing watch cat /proc/sys/kernel/random/entropy_avail, the amount of entropy steadily decreases, until I get about 150-200. Initially I get over 2000. When I stop reading that value and wait a minute or two, and then read it again, I am at about 2000 again. Why is reading that value reducing the entropy?
