ABOUT TWRP
Team Win Recovery Project 2.2, or twrp2 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. We started from the ground up by taking AOSP recovery and loading it with the standard recovery options, then added a lot of our own features. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash.
Hello, Infusers...im back and ive brought with me TeamWin Recovery Project! Official TWRP website: http://www.teamw.in/project/twrp2
What is this?
-Its an alternitive to CWM recovery
What are the advantages?
Lost the ability to sudo. So I put in a liveCD and mounted the partition and made the edits to the /etc/sudoers file that way.
The changes saved and I now have the ability back to sudo.
But I lost the ability to choose which userid to install gui with. I only get the ability to enter the root password as where I should have the choice box between my users.

The release of Fedora 12 will in all likelihood use the new xz compression for the RPM's.
After I changed the default lock screen opener from simple swipe to a specific swipe pattern, I lost the ability to choose lock screen types. Now when I go to Settings->Lock screen I never see the Select Lock Screen choice. I can change options for the type of lock that I already have but I can't choose for instance a pin lock screen. I'm Exynos rooted but stock ROM. Any ideas?
As the process of flashing custom ROMs to your devices becomes an easier process, it’s only natural that we see tools to make the whole management process easier and the latest ROM Manager update strives to do just that.
I would like to make use of Btrfs' transparent compression on an external drive.
Which tool is best for formatting the drive? Disk Utility or GParted?
How do I activate the compression? During formatting or when I mount the drive? I guess at mount time. I'm using usbmount to automatically mount newly attached devices, because nobody is logged in on the desktop.
It's fairly common that people install TWRP 1.x through a root guide, then later install 4ext recovery.
I had never used TWRP in my life, but I was curious as to how it ran, so I installed it. My opinion? It's a great recovery. Very intuitive, easy to use.
One thing that I thought was fantastic was my backup was about 750mb smaller through TWRP, using their built-in compression.
I would like to have the ability to program account migrations with updating the value of the DNS TTL and sending emails at the programming time, the beginning of the migration and the end of the migration.
We run our DNS servers in a cPanel cluster with a default TTL of 4 hours.
We would like to be able to select accounts that we want to be migrated, to select a time at which the migration woul
