http://crunchbanglinux.org – I figured i'd post here rather than start a new post.i'm going to give another whack at trying to learn how to programme, and i figure python is the way to go. this time around i know enough to get the tools in place first. to that end i want to rig up my gedit as my ide, but i've been a little overwhelmed with the sheer number of pluggins. Nik_Doof suggests folder view, python console, python run. anyone else have any to recommend? and is ipython console better than regular python console? (Software)
