I'd like to install the pack tool to solely employ Huffman coding to a file, for academic purposes. It is suggested to install liballegro4.2-dev, but I doubt it provides the same tool. Looking for 'pack' using apt-file or Synaptic is difficult because there are so many results...
If it's not available through a package, I can configure-make-install if the source code still exists.
