http://forums.fedoraforum.org – A while back, I set up an old box I had with Fedora to use a machine to store my backups. I had 3 drives, a 500gb and 2x 2TB. I installed Fedora 15 on the 500gb, set the 2TB drives in a software raid 1, then pointed /home at the raid 1 array. Lastly, set up a samba share so I can back up files from my win7 machine. Fast forward to this week, I couldn't boot into Fedora 15. It would hang during boot up and eventually spit out an I/O error. I was suspecting a hard drive problem (500gb drive is about 4 years old). Decided to try a reformat before replacing the drive. Since I was reforma (HowTos)
