[Q]xperia s upgrade fail.

http://forum.xda-developers.com – hi guys, this is my first post.if i do somethng wrong,sorry. i use below guide to upgrade my xperia s to ics. Quote: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1725078 and i got this error message and my phone will not trun on.i install all the dirvers come with flashtool and install pc campanion. when i connect the phone with flash mode,driver installing box appear and it said "semc driver fail to install and device unplug". now my phone is dead and please help me.thanks (HowTos)

Before flashing, I firstly Divided my SD card by this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki...d_partitioning

I was prepareing to flash Xperia T this ROM so I had flash this Kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ght=ktg+kernel

And then I flashed this FTF: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2023504

When I starting to flash this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show..

All these threads below are asking the same thing, "What's the best", and the general consensus is that there isn't a "best", it's all about personal preference.

my Father owns a Xperia Neo with Android 2.3.4 (Build number: 4.0.2.A.0.69) installed.

my one x is HTC_622 hboot 1.36 now, my one x cant get into the android

i have xperia p with build number 6.1.1.B.1.54 ICS .. and i followed this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2107775 to root my phone .. after i connected my phone to flashtool and tried to flash a different build number .. it says DEVICE DISCONNECTED .. now the phone won't turn on! i tried to flash another zip with my same old build number .. same thing happened ..
