On the page showing the Share Everything plan pricing there is a last one showing Connected Devices $5. What do they mean?

Lots of wireless commercials and competition around the latest iPhone launch. So is AT&T's pricing changing this much? I ask your input if you have AT&T and especially if you have a corporate or similar discount due to your organization or employment.
My wife and I just finished our 2 year contract as we got the iPhone 5 when it launched.
If you found Verizon’s Share Everything plan to offer too much data, Big Red has added a choice for cheapskates people who do not need a lot of data. For just $20 per month, customers can have a 250MB shared data plan. For many people, this is something that would never work. But there has got to be someone that wants it, right?
Last month AT&T announced their new Mobile Share plan, which is essentially a whole new pricing structure for accounts with multiple phones for sharing data. They said it would start in late August, but didn’t give an exact date. They just annnounced that it will officially start on August 23rd.
They are also offering an online tool to help you decide which plan to go with.
Hey guys. Quick question regarding the plan. I have an International S3 and I had the 10$ Data plan on AT&T . For some reason, I just received a txt message that they have changed my plan to the smartphone plan. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks.
So I know this has been discussed but when using foxfi or a power widget, the verizon hotspot also turns on(ss below). Will this charge me or alter my plan you think? I don't have the share everything plan, just unlimited data so I don't have the hotspot on my plan. Just trying to find out if it's going to charge me, change my plan, or hopefully nothing at all. Thanks!
I switched over to the new 20gb mobile share plan from ATT...I had the 5gb plan and continuously went over the limit and had to pay close to $100 in overages consistently. Unfortunately, I travel for work, so I'm constantly in hotels, so there's no way I can have a cable company install internet in my room, and the wifi from the hotels is hopelessly slow.
To the forum moderator, if this is in the wrong forum, please relocate it.
As I recall, under the family plan I had before switching to the Shared Data Plan, four devices sharing 10gb data with unlimited talk and text, I could upgrade any of the four smart phones with a two year extension to my contract and my monthly cost would not change.
