So yesterday I was at the Sprint store upgrading to the S3, and I was asking about the S3's JB update.
Hey guys, I joined just a month ago and I thought I had everything worked out for when I activate my Virgin mobile E4GT. However, I can't seem to find the thread around here about how to fix the MMS issue/etc for a Virgin E4GT when flashing it to a Rom specified for the Sprint E4GT. I've seen plenty of fixes, but none of them hold a similar method.
I was wondering if there are any apps out there for E4GT, that allows one to reduce the sensitivity of the microphone and and of its compression . I have attempted to record video and audio at live events, and the mic is simply too sensitive to handle loud environments.. It would be really nice to be able to get a semi intelligible recording of loud environments.

I thought there was someone working on sense for the e4gt, I haven't seen anyone talking about it lately is it still in progress?

Does anyone know if development for the HTC Sense ROM for the E4GT has been stopped? I'm not asking for an OTA or anything but its been three months since its release

So my power button has stopped working, rendering my e4gt near useless. Since the power button is soldered to the logic board, i figured i would try to find a used e4gt and use the logic board. I found one with a broken screen on my local craigslist for $50.
My question: Will the new logic board work in my phone?
I'm having issues with headphones with a built in microphone and button. I don't know if this is a rom issue or my headphone jack died on me. It's still able to play music. It worked fine a few weeks ago until I updated to a newer build, the headset icon stopped appearing and the headset microphone and button stopped working as well.
Is anyone else having GPS issues in the Houston area? My Nexus 7 and and E4GT GPS isn't locking. My E4GT is on a custom ROM, but my Nexus 7 is just stock rooted and I can't get a lock. Using the Phone Tester app and they're not locking. Just constantly searching.
Edit: Tested on my friend's Evo 4G and he's getting an issue too. If we try to use Navigation it keeps saying "Searching for GPS.
Thinking of having my E4GT flashed from Boost to Verizon Prepaid -- are their 3G speeds generally better than Boost/Sprint? Most of the time where I am, Boost seems like dialup circa 1997.
