hi guys, just wanna to ask. recently, i have ported paranoid cm9 xperia arc to xperia pro. now, backlight keyboard is not working. i think there are some missing files from paranoid rom. so, the main question is where the backlight keyboard files in /system ?. my base rom from cm9 nightly build 2012-9-4.

on my asus ux50v I have a backlight keyboard. When I close the lid and open it again, it ceases operation. My shortcut keys do not work for it either.
Is there anything in 10.04 that can allow me to change this?
Running Ubuntu 12.04, I can't get the keyboard backlight on a Macbook Pro (mid 2012) to turn on. When I press the brightness button, the display shows up on full but the lights do not turn on. It shows full always on the screen, but they never turn on. I don't really care about getting the keys to work, but I just want something like a terminal command just to get them on.
I've seen posts like these but they all seem to mention the inability to get the brightness back up. I can turn the brightness back up with my keyboard, but it's an annoyance that I'd like to get rid of if at all possible.

i have A SONY vaio laptop F-series () Nvadia and it has light sensor
when i was using windows this light sensor controlled the brightness and the keyboard backlight automatically due to the surroundings state
but when using Ubuntu 12.04 it only control the backlight without automatically adjust the brightness .

I've google searched and searched the forums. When I resume from suspend Fedora 12 on my Thinkpad X40 the computer resumes. However, the backlight does not turn on. I can use it if the rooms light is at the perfect angle, but can't find how to turn on the backlight. Any ideas?

Hi XDA, i searched this tipe of keyboard but never find it, the keyboard it's similar with ours but the the top is diffrent, below that part with words are numbers ... so for me is a better keyboard than the current and it's a little bit faster...
if someone know a similar keyboard just tell me.
