you can try logging Into your router by typing the routers IP address and check your wifi settings. I know on the linksys router I changed one of the 2 settings to wireless n instead of setting it to do a/b/g and then my wifi on statler was unable to work. I think the router at the Toyota dealership is the same way since my laptop can't connect to their router.
Here's the problem:
1. factory refurbished nc wouldn't ever connect to my home wifi since 1st day,said mine out of range, but would connect to others around me
2. got new router, same problem, but could still connect to others around me
3. added android 2.2 w/n2a sdcard - same problem
4. called b&n 2 days ago, they had me upgrade to newest update for nc.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 with a Wifi problem.
When I connect to my home, school, girlfriend's Wifi it works fine! When I leave the connection with Wifi (just because I go to school of to a Bar..) and I'm going back to my home, school of girlfriend, Wifi is not connecting to the router.
Wondering if anyone has had this problem and been able to fix it.
In the place where I'm staying I have WiFi with wireless router. When I first got here my photon was finding the signal just fine, no problems.

I have this problem, when i´m on my home wifi i can´t download or update apps from google play altough i get the notifications about available updates.
When i click download or update is starts to downloading but it never shows percentage or any progress just the blue bar moving.

So i just decided to root my phone for the free wifi tethering to my laptop...I havent installed any custom rom just stock rooted with S-On(dont know if that matters).Ive used the Wifi tether app from the google market it connects but it takes me to the t mobile website asking me to add wifi tethering to my plan.

Hello! I'm new to the Android phones and need some help. I connected my LG Optimus S to my home wifi network in order to save on data use with my carrier. I'm able to use the web with no problem if I use the browser but unable to download apps from Google Play. The downloading bar does not move or show any progress.
